Emergency Call Out
National Pool Company offers a 24/7 call-out service, regardless of the issue’s severity.
While we prioritise responses based on urgency, we typically respond within a 24 to 48 hour timeframe.
For severe emergencies, such as chemical spills or chlorine gas leaks, we have a much quicker response time for obvious reasons. If you encounter such a situation, please evacuate yourself and everyone from the building and call 999, before calling National Pool Company!
We will also respond to issues like flooded plant rooms, burst pipes, pump priming issues, loss of calibration on dosing systems or chemical pumps not dosing, plus much more.
If the problem cannot be fixed during the call out period, we will follow up with a quotation to rectify.
