They utilize job sheets on their work phones, which are electronically submitted to the NPC office. This allows us to maintain a digital record of your swimming pool, and you can request any information during office hours.
If we encounter an issue that cannot be resolved on-site, the engineers will report it electronically to the NPC office, and you will receive a non-obligatory quotation.
